As part of the running of our website and extranets, we may place cookies on the computer terminals of visitors to the Site and process personal data. We invite you to read the Euryale Asset Management privacy policy, which you can visit at the following address: https://www.euryale-am.fr/politique-de-confidentialite/

as well as the elements below in order to know how we process your personal data, how we use cookies and how you can control these cookies.9

• WHAT ARE COOKIES?

A cookie is a text file stored on the device you use to access the Internet (computer, mobile phone, tablet, etc.) when you visit a site via your browser.

We place a unique identifier in the cookie and use the cookie to link your computer to the information we store in our database.

When you use online services, each time you visit one of our sites, we automatically collect some data and information about you and/or your computer or electronic device through the use of “cookies”.

The cookie contains several data enabling to recognize you:

  • the name of the server that placed it,

  • the IP address automatically assigned to your computer when you use the Internet,

  • the type of Internet browser you are using,

  • the type of operating system and device you use to access our sites,

  • the domain name of your internet service provider,

  • the web page from which you are coming,

  • your country of residence and language

  • the pages and options you visit that you access on our sites,

  • an identifier in the form of a unique number,

  • possibly an expiry date.

We use cookies to:

  • propose an offer according to the visitor's profile;

  • facilitate the sharing of information (especially on social networks);

  • keep the connection choices for a better comfort of visit and in general optimize the display of the site;

  • offer you advertisements adapted to your areas of interest;

  • allow an authenticated and/or secure connection to certain sites such as extranets;

  • collect statistical information.

Cookies are not the only way to recognize or track visitors on a site.

We may use other, similar technologies from time to time, such as tags (sometimes referred to as “tracking pixels” or “clear gifs”). These are tiny graphic files that contain a unique identifier that allows us to recognize when someone has visited the website. In many cases, these technologies depend on cookies to function properly, so refusing cookies will hinder their operating. Therefore, for convenience, we use the term “cookie” to name all these technologies.

When your consent is required regarding their use, the term of validity of the consent to the placing of cookies is 13 months. At the end of this period, we will ask for your consent again. Cookies set by the owner of a website are called “first-party cookies”. Cookies set by parties other than the owner of a website are called “third-party cookies”. Third-party cookies are used to provide third-party functions or features on or through a website (e.g., advertising, interactive content and analytics). The people who install these third-party cookies may collect some of your personal data, recognize your computer both when it visits the website in question and when it visits other websites.

• WHAT COOKIES DO WE USE?

We use different types of cookies, as described below.

Cookies strictly necessary for the provision of the service you have requested: these are essential cookies that allow you to browse websites and use their features, such as access to secure pages. Without them, service registration and connection are not possible.  These cookies do not collect any information about you that can be used for marketing purposes or to remember the websites you have visited.

Statistical cookies: these cookies enable to establish statistics and attendance patterns, as well as how the various elements composing our site are used (visited sections and content, route, visit time), allowing us to improve the interest and ergonomics of our services.

Advertising cookies: these are cookies used to present you with advertisements or send you information adapted to your areas of interest on the Site or outside the Site when you browse the Internet. They are especially used to limit the number of times you see an advertisement and to help measure the effectiveness of an advertising campaign. These cookies depend mainly on advertising agencies and we do not always control their use.

Social network cookies: these cookies enable to make our content known or to share it with other people, in particular on social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. Even if you have not used these share buttons or applications, it is possible that social networks will track your browsing if your account or session is activated on your computer at that time.
